FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE November 7, 2019 Attention Americans final alert concerning your constitutional and legal rights as a citizen and of the working class. Notice Montana ruling class has stopped any and all access to its courts. Having overruled the U.S. Constitution, Federal labor laws and Montana State Constitution for under color of “whatever” creating 11,000 victims dead, severely sick and injured in the workplace with no relief or remedy allowed. • Montana Declaration- A Sacred Call to Duty! (www.MontanaDeclaration.com ) • Air Force Veteran and longtime Montana resident is denied Legal Access resulting in great bodily harm. • W.R. Grace Act amounts to Employers having a “license” to maim or kill employees while being protected by “exclusive” “provisions” in the Montana Code Annotated 39-71-411. Born and raised in Montana, Shawn Guymon has been an advocated for his community in Flathead County Montana. He has owned businesses and several times run for House of Representatives, District 3 in Northwest Montana. Having exhausted all effort to gain “Access to Law” at State and Federal levels, including State District Courts and Federal Courts; he has continually been denied. He is now forced to “try” his case in the Court of Public Opinion. While working for High Country Linen Service in 2006 he was near fatally poisoned for 22 days by Carbon Monoxide, which was caused by an illegally modified exhaust on the vehicle that he was forced to drive every other day, which resulted in 100% disability, daily sickness and pain. He is forced to fight for his rights to a “safe workplace” as written in the Federal and State Labor Laws. Shawn Guymon has stated publicly: “The sovereign authority of state government having knowingly and willfully breached the constitution of the state of Montana which they swore an oath to serve and protect by the passage of MCA 39-71-411 and 30-10-305 . These unlawful statutes which grant the “ruling class” executive rights, privileges, and protections NOT afforded the People are discriminatory and engineered to bind or enslave We The People. These provisions in the MCA are by design unjust, abusive, obstructive, and usurp the very spirit and letter of the Constitutions both federal and state, with regards to the rights and laws, that ALL people in every other state enjoy. Furthermore, they are set to force servitude and enslave the people of Montana.” (Excerpt from www.MontanaDeclaration.com )

Why a "Newspaper" ?

I am asked frequently, "Why a "Newspaper"? My answer is, because accountability matters. I have found items on Face Book and other Social Media and when I share the information posted and try to retrieve it later, it is gone. Truthful sources need to be readily accessible, truthful and citable. Social Media has changed the "news" we share everyday. I want to use the newspaper as a vehicle to address common issues in society that our Public Schools no longer teach: Americanism, Constitutionality, Patriotism, Nationalism, Finance, Politics, Religion, etc. How a "vote" works... I am starting small and hoping to grow. I need articles, photos, videos, etc., that will help to accomplish this goal. Share your articles with The Montana Record. Thanks, Caleb

America's Declining Light!

Greetings! Dire times call for serious action. Actions have consequence. This "Blog" will not be for the fearful or doubters. Our Nation, as it was, is forever gone, yesterday is for the History books, if anymore accurate History books will be written. There is no doubt, according to History, that America was Founded on certain Principles, very close if not copied from the Biblical world view as presented in the Bible.
